Hey hey.
Its really good to have you here.

We have shiny groups for the devs :)

Maybe if you can, post a information thread in the blockchain games section so we can pin it and people can know everything about it. And then you can post updates, so people can follow up.

Introduce Yourself / Greetings everyone - CoMa/CM from Hash Rush here!

Hey there everyone,

My name is Tenzin Chiodak (Tibetan name is from my fathers side, but I was born and raised in the UK, mothers side is Czech) and I'm the English speaking Community Manager (people usually shorten the title to CM, but I'm very fond of CoMa) for Hash Rush, a Blockchain powered game (I'll make a proper Hash Rush introduction thread on these forums as well).

I'm a gamer at heart and have been working on games (as a Community Manager) for over 10 years now. I started off with Gameforge (German free2play publisher) and worked on Therian Saga, Dropzone and Hex Shards of Fate (Hex was my favourite from my time in Gameforge).

After leaving Gameforge, I took a year out to really look at the gaming scene, especially the online gaming scene as I had huge misgivings towards how games (f2p especially) moved from a priority making games fun, toward a priority of generating the most revenue. After some time off, and a lot of research on how Blockchain games can give power back to the players, I found myself working with an awesome game called Hash Rush.

My introduction to crypto came while I was still in Gameforge. A Russian co-worker and friend introduced me to Ethereum, which somehow lead me to take part in the Electroneum ICO. When Electroneum launched I used that to learn about CPU mining, then GPU mining and after that, I pretty much started to live the crypto life!

If anyone has any questions for me, feel free to ask! Otherwise, I really do look forward to being a part of this community!

Hi All,

I'm the dev for Age of Rust from SpacePirate Games. We make games that utilize blockchain tech in a few ways, from cryptocurrency to token controlled access. Our game in development right now is called Age of Rust, which is a sci-fiction adventure game with hidden puzzles that contain bitcoin and other cryptocurrency.

You can check out a quick clip of the game here:

Introduce Yourself / Just a crotchety old man trying to mine some Bitcoins

Ok I'm not just trying to mine some Bitcoins. I also want to make ingame assets to sell to all the plebs and get rich and famous before I turn to dust real soon.
I used to be a tattoo artist for 25 years and now I design Teeshirts, Mine, do 3D modeling and make RGB LED wall art. Trying to teach myself to code. Might as well since all the other stuff is self taught, but this coding thing is like trying to understand aliens when your brain is so old, dry and smooth as an egg.  :o

Looks like only bots have posted so I wanted to at least post a real post.

Reviews / Original Blockchain Gaming on NewsBTC

After I left Bitcoin Magazine, I started reviewing games for NewsBTC. The first was Moonga, a previous game released by Everdreamsoft before Spells of Genesis. They started experimenting with blockchain-based assets there, first:

Then I reviewed Munnecoin... wasn't too impressed, but tried not to be harsh:

Then I previewed Spells of Genesis... it was way less developed back then:

Then I reviewed Huntercoin, a project I actually worked on for a bit before disagreements with the founder. Great read, though:

And finally Beyond the Void, the last one before I got too busy with other projects:
