  • It also includes information about the 6 key use cases for blockchain technology in the video game industry
  • It currently lists all of our Blockchain Gaming News and Meetup broadcasts
  • New pages related to Blockchain Gaming News, Auctions, and a Market page are under development

We all had a blast at the Meetup with EnjinCoin's CTO Witek. You can watch the recording of the event online here:

Our next event will feature guests from Hoard Exchange, which facilitates the exchange of gaming assets on the OmiseGo platform. Join us if you're in Vancouver; watch the broadcast if you're not.

The Doge Preacher had an emergency at home, so we had to broadcast Blockchain Gaming News Episode 5 without him. Here are the results:

We're still hard at work on the new version of the website and hope to have the homepage up ASAP. It will include a portal to other subdomains designed to provide different blockchain gaming-related services. We are partnering with other companies for this, and particularly with decentralized applications that people could access through our site, using it as a gateway. One that we're working on, for example, is -- please reach out to us if you're interested in a similar partnership. We're also looking for a web developer who wants to join our team.

Our CryptoKitties Meetup went well! We managed to keep trolling regarding their Nifty License to a minimum using free beer as an incentive, and dozens of people came out. It was broadcast on YouTube at this link:

Our next event involves another heavy hitter in the blockchain gaming industry. EnjinCoin has one of the largest development funds and the support of many game developers, and their founder just happens to live in Vancouver! Come join us:

We've decided to adjust the schedule... the Meetup is now every 4 weeks instead of every 3. Our next event is coming soon on October 12, and it's a super exciting one: the founder of DappCapps (Pogs on the blockchain) is actually flying to Vancouver from Oregon with a bag full of free ones for everybody!

I was pretty tired, but thankfully the Doge Preacher's overwhelming energy helped me power through Blockchain Gaming News Episode 2:

The next one will be October 26. Don't miss it!

The Blockchain Game Summit was a blast! You can see the presentation I gave here:

Someone told me I might have raised a couple eyebrows when I joked about burning EverdreamSoft's office down (among other things). I was really just trying to make a point about the benefits of True Ownership, though; I think they should be thanking me. I also promise not to steal your car

The Blockchain Gaming News broadcast today has been rescheduled due to Alex ("Doge" on the forum) getting a full-time crypto job at Symetria. Everyone please congratulate him for completing the 12 Steps and weaning himself off of fiat employment, the beginning of a cleaner lifestyle.

As a result, the News broadcast will now be on Fridays once a month (still at 1 PM), in-between each Meetup broadcast. Simply put, we will have a broadcast every second Friday, alternating between the Meetups and the News segments. The next News segment is therefore on September 28, right when we get back from the Blockchain Game Summit.

Since we've got a thread updating everyone about our website on a couple other forums, already, I figured it made sense to put one here, as well. It will also give us a place to mention stuff here that doesn't fit well on other boards.

For example, we just launched our Telegram group! We'll be watching it for questions during broadcasts, so it's a good place to hang out during our News segments and our Meetups. Or just whenever you're bored--we love talking about blockchain games. Check it out:
